Abstract Submission Deadline: July 15, 2025

Travel awards may be available for trainees—including undergraduate students, graduate students, medical students, residents, and fellows—as well as junior investigators within five years of their initial faculty appointment. Women and individuals from underrepresented groups are especially encouraged to apply.

If you meet the eligibility criteria, please indicate this in your abstract submission. A letter of recommendation from your mentor must also be emailed separately to: event.services@uc.edu.

While travel award funding is not guaranteed at this time, we are actively working to secure support. All eligible applicants who submit an abstract by the deadline will be considered and notified if travel funds become available. We strongly encourage you to apply even if funding is still being finalized.

Abstracts on any topic related to liver disease in people with HIV infection will be considered. The abstract body is limited to 275 words.
